2. What these terms cover

These Terms govern your use of marketthisnow.com, including browsing the showcase, creating an account, and listing products. By using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. The service

Market This Now is a product showcase platform. Makers can submit a live product URL; we help generate a showcase page that may appear publicly after review/publishing steps. Features may change. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, SEO outcomes, or that any listing will be approved or remain live.

4. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, create security risk, or abuse the platform.

5. Product listings

• You must only list products you are authorised to represent.
• Listing content (copy, images, URLs) must be lawful, accurate, and not infringe others’ rights.
• You grant us a licence to host, display, cache, and distribute your listing content on Market This Now for operating and promoting the showcase.
• We may edit, refuse, unpublish, or remove listings that appear misleading, unlawful, spammy, or off-brand for the service.
• One listing per domain (www is treated as the same domain).
• When you submit a URL we record your account, IP address, user agent, and the date/time of submission for security and abuse handling. By submitting you confirm you accept these Terms.
• If you submit illegal content, you agree that we may disclose your account details, IP address, submission time, and related logs to law enforcement or other competent authorities.
• “Visit product” links go to third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• attempt unauthorised access, disrupt, or probe the service;
• upload malware, scrape aggressively, or spam;
• post unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content;
• list or promote content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children (or any other serious criminal content) — such attempts will be logged and may be reported to authorities, and your details may be handed over;
• misrepresent affiliation with Interactive Enterprises Limited or other brands;
• use the service in breach of Isle of Man or other applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Our branding, site design, and platform software are owned by Interactive Enterprises Limited or its licensors. You keep ownership of your product content, subject to the licence in section 5. Do not copy our site design or mark in a way that confuses others.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Showcase pages are marketing presentations, not endorsements or investment advice.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interactive Enterprises Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from third-party product sites linked from the showcase. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us for Market This Now in the previous 12 months (if any), whichever is greater — except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access where needed for security, abuse, legal reasons, or service changes. Surviving clauses (IP, liability, governing law) continue after termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
